Privacy policy

This page describes the categories of data processed by Carbook, their purposes, and your rights. It will be completed as new features go into production.

Data collected

Client/agency account, searches and favorites, content of availability requests (dates, message, contact details) sent to the chosen agency. Carbook collects no banking data.

Purposes

Introduction between clients and agencies, service improvement, platform security. No data is sold to third parties.

Cookies and audience measurement

The site uses a session cookie (sign-in) and a security cookie, both required for it to work. Only with your consent, an anonymous audience-measurement cookie (morocars_aid, 6 months) links your visits to measure traffic. Without consent, nothing is stored on your device: visits are counted with a daily identifier computed on our servers, which cannot recognise you from one day to the next.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data via the contact form. This document is not a final legal compliance guarantee and will be reviewed with specialized counsel (CNDP).
