  4. Request verification: the “Verified agency” badge appears once Carbook has checked your agency.

How much does registration cost?

How will I receive customer requests?

Customers call you or message you on WhatsApp at the numbers on your listing. Requests sent from the website arrive in your agency area, and by email if you entered a contact email.

What does Carbook check?

From your agency listing, you can request verification. The Carbook team then checks some business information before showing the “Verified agency” badge.

My city isn't listed, what can I do?

Write to us from the Contact page: we add cities as Carbook opens.
