Is a sent request a booking?
No. A sent request only means your request has been sent to the agency. A booking only exists if the agency confirms it directly with you.
Does Carbook process payments?
No. Carbook collects no banking data and processes no payment related to a rental.
Is the displayed price guaranteed?
No, the displayed price is indicative. The final price is confirmed directly by the agency.
How do favorites and comparison work?
Comparison does not require an account: add vehicles from search results, they stay available on the Comparison page until you remove them. Favorites require a client account: the "Add to favorites" button redirects you to sign in if you are not yet logged in.
